Are Dropps pods septic safe?
Yes, our laundry detergent formulas are specially designed to be safe for septic systems. They break down easily, preventing buildup and ensuring the health and longevity of your plumbing.
Is PVOH biodegradable?
Yes — specifically, detergent-grade PVOH passes OECD 301 ready biodegradability testing, the standard used by regulators worldwide. After dissolving in your wash, the PVOH polymer chains are consumed by microorganisms found naturally in wastewater treatment plants, breaking down completely into CO₂ and water. This has been confirmed by 50+ independent peer-reviewed studies over more than five decades of research.
Do I really need Odor Eraser? Doesn’t my detergent already get clothes clean?
It's a fair question ! Detergent is designed to wash away everyday dirt, stains, and surface odors — and for most laundry loads, that’s all you’ll ever need. But some odors come from microscopic residues that regular detergent can’t always break down, especially in odor-prone fabrics like polyester, nylon, or spandex.

Can I use Odor Eraser if I usually buy fragrance-free products?
Yes! Odor Eraser is designed to work alongside your regular detergent—even fragrance-free formulas. While it includes a tiny level of fragrance technology to power the odor-neutralizing system, it’s not intended to leave your laundry scented. If you’re highly sensitive to any fragrance at all, we recommend taking that into consideration.
