Purpose. These are Dropps x Repurpose partnership Official Rules (the “Rules”) govern the These Dropps x Repurpose partnership.By entering for exclusive discounts, you fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Rules and represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements for the exclusive offer.

Sponsor. The exclusive offers are sponsored by Dropps (“Sponsor” or “Dropps”). The exclusive offer snot sponsored or administered by any other company (including, without limitation, Instagram or Facebook, which are not associated with and do not endorse the exclusive offers). Repurpose is providing exclusive offers (such companies, the “Participating Brands”), and you may be able to access the exclusive offers by taking particular actions with Repurpose, as described in these rules. By entering, you agree to release Instagram and Facebook of any obligation, expectation, claim, or liability of any kind in connection with your entry or the exclusive offers.

Binding Agreement. As described above, in order to enter or participate in the exclusive offers and to potentially receive the offers, you must fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Rules. By entering, you represent that you have read these Rules prior to your entry and that you fully and unconditionally understand and agree to them.

Eligibility. To be eligible to sign up exclusive offers, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old and a legal resident in the contiguous United States. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor or any Participating Brand, and their immediate family members (i.e., parents, children, spouses or partners, grandparents, grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, or nephews), are not eligible to sign up for the exclusive offers.
